After years of helping clients buy and sell real estate, I realized my true passion - helping with manufactured home sales, specifically those in the 55+ communities in Central and West Florida. Back when I first started doing real estate, I was with a “high end” brokerage, and when I sold my first manufactured home, I was mocked and called “The Trailer Queen.” Since then, I decided to fully embrace what was supposed to be a derogatory term to devote my time and energy into specializing in marketing these homes.

My wife and I are from New Brunswick Canada and listed our property with Kathryn then went back home relying on her to look after ever aspect of the sale. This lady did that and so much more. There were numerous complications such as repairs needing done due to inspection reports she seeked out contractors and arranged for work to be done and also helped the buyers with whatever they needed even though they weren't here clients. As far as I am concerned Kathryn had gone way beyond the call of her duties and made this sale happen and our lives a lot easier.
